We partner with a range of trucking entities, from Owner-Operators with a single tractor to companies with extensive truck fleets. Ideally, we work best with those operating 20 trucks or fewer. Additionally, we assist manufacturers and similar businesses that use dedicated lanes for customer deliveries but seek back/front hauls to avoid running empty.
To begin, we'll need the following from you:
- An up-to-date insurance certificate showing standard coverage of $750,000 Auto liability and, where relevant, $100,000 cargo Liability insurance.
- A completed I.R.S. form W9.
- Your MC authority acceptance document.
- A filled and signed Dispatcher-Carrier agreement (Note: This isn't a long-term contract).
- A filled and signed Dispatch authorization form, which grants Dispatch services INC the authority to accept freight loads on your behalf, complete Brokers/Customer Carrier setup packets, sign Load confirmations, and liaise with your insurance company for each load. This is akin to a power of attorney, allowing us to book loads in your name, eliminating paperwork on your end. (Our team will email you our standard Dispatch-Carrier agreement and Power of Attorney).
While we appreciate at least three references from your company, they aren't mandatory.
